Grand sounds for grand designs with Adam Chandler's Swing Band

Chicheley Hall is everything an impressive wedding venue should be, with a grand facade looking out over landscaped lawns, and rooms of vaulted ceilings and luxury furnishings.

It was here, on the edge of Milton Keynes, that Clare and Jacob celebrated the start of their life together, with Adam Chandler's wedding swing band getting the party started, and keeping friends, family, and colleagues dancing from start to finish.

Playing as a full ensemble, the band played a medley of hits through the ages, from the heyday of swing, right up to the modern day, with contemporary swing sounds, starting with a slow, sensuous waltz to accompany the couple's first dance.

With a colour theme of lilac and gold, the sounds of swing blended perfectly with the visual elements of this grand country wedding, capturing Jacob and Clare's personalities, and creating a celebration that they, and their guests, would remembering for a lifetime.

Clare "Hiring Adam Chandler's swing band was the best decision we could have made. I've always loved the sounds of classic music, like swing and jazz, and I knew from the moment Jacob proposed that I wanted the music of our wedding to be striking, timeless, and offer something different.

I met with a couple of bands, but didn't feel they could offer what I wanted. When we came across videos of Adam Chandler's swing band performing at weddings across the country, I knew we'd found the band for us."
